Comedian, Peter Kay, took quite some time out of the spotlight, and when he finally made a public appearance after what seemed like forever, we were shocked! You see, the man used to be known for his huge build, but interestingly in his most recent pictures, the star looks much leaner and even happier.
It turns out that Peter decided to ditch all kinds of junk food, including unhealthy fats and sugar from his meals. He then followed the ‘Sirtfood Diet,’ which revolves around food that burns fat. This meal plan has helped him reduce as much as a massive seven pounds every week! No wonder he looks slimmer!
