Richard Lee Petty is a legendary figure in NASCAR racing and has earned himself the nickname “The King.” He has achieved multiple records and is the first seven-time NASCAR Cup Series champion, making him one of the most accomplished drivers in history. In 2010, he was inducted into the NASCAR Hall of Fame as recognition for his achievements.
