Victoria Derbyshire & Mark Sandell

While in the majority of love stories, the boy proposes to a girl, journalist Victoria Derbyshire on the other hand, went for an unconventional way and was the first to ask her husband, Mark Sandell, to marry her. Of course, he said yes! Hence, after dating each other for a blissfully long fifteen years, the couple finally tied the knot in 2018.

Mark, who runs a production company, ‘6foot6’, proved an invaluable support for his wife after Victoria developed a severe health issue in 2015 and helped her recover successfully. So, looking at the companionship between the two, we can say they are undeniably made for each other, and we hope they keep on adding happy years to their marriage.
