Kelly Rowland gave birth to a son with hubby Tim Weatherspoon back in 2014, and it led to massive weight gain! This is when diet and exercise came to her rescue, and she shed 70 pounds in a span of only four months. How impressive is that! Rowland rigorously worked out with a trainer and committed herself completely just so she could get rid of the baby weight.
The audience noticed her new avatar in the show named ‘American Soul’ in 2019. This transition is taken to be an inspiration by many. Way to go, Kelly!
