The Big Show, a professional wrestler, and an actor, has had a journey of struggle with his weight. So, he dedicated himself to amend his poor diet and physical training habits of 40 years that made him shed a total of 70 pounds!
What helped him in this transition is thorough research on eating healthy and indulging in intense workouts. His fans saw him in a sitcom on ‘Netflix’ called ‘The Big Show Show’ in 2020. We are absolutely loving his shredded, mini version and commend all the hard work put in by him.
