Anthony Anderson shot to fame with hit movies like ‘Kangaroo Jack’ and ‘Scary Movie 4.’ Though the actor has always been confident, even when he weighed 240 pounds, he got serious about his health after the diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes.
He chose to eat healthy in moderate portions and started working out consistently. Anthony took his transition game up a notch when he shifted to a vegan diet in 2019.
