Losing as much as two stones in a short period seems highly unlikely and even impossible. Still, Jeremy Clarkson managed to do just that as he recently sported a ripped build.
So, how was he inspired, you wonder? Easy! The Queen was his inspiration, and we are not kidding. Jeremy found out that Her Majesty almost always only sat down to eat only a little bit of chocolate mousse and a single lettuce leaf, and that is what he did as well. The star is not a huge fan of exercising, so he adopted a strict meal plan instead. Must be worth a try, given his brand new look.
