It is rare in Hollywood for love to last very long, but Sean Connery and his wife Micheline are the norm exceptions. The star-crossed pair first met in Morroco at a Golf Tournament dinner, a sport they both enjoy. And though he spoke English and she only spoke French, the connection they felt was undeniable.
The two not only overcame their language and geographical barriers, but the couple also faced down several other issues that got in the way of their getting together in the early days. In the end, love triumphed because Sean and Micheline have been happily together ever since.
